brand new 3D Traffic. It includes a 30 day free trial of PhotoLive -
live feeds from traffic cameras along your route (where available) so
you can see for yourself whether there are any hold-ups. 3D Traffic
pulls together information from millions of live traffic sensors and
expert sources including detailed historical, real-time and predicted
traffic and live radio reports to ensure the most accurate information
at any time of the day.

The
Garmin nüLink! 2390 comes with a year's free subscription to nuLink!
Live services which include 3D Traffic, Google™ Local Search, weather

There are other services available via the nüLink! store such as Phone
Book, fuel prices, flight status and PhotoLive traffic cameras.
There are millions of points of interest (POIs) pre-loaded with
information on shops, garages, parking and places to visit. This is on
top of the billions of locations available through Google™ Local Search.

Automatic
Speech Recognition (ASR) technology allows nüLink! 2390 to respond to
your spoken navigation commands. This means you can control it with your
voice while keeping both hands on the wheel. Another safety feature is
the hands-free Bluetooth® wireless technology which enables hands-free
calls with compatible mobile phones. Text to speech also speaks upcoming
street names on your journey for extra route awareness, letting you
keep your eyes on the road, not on the sat nav.

nüRoute
myTrends learns your driving habits and recognises your favourite
destinations to predict where you're going so you don't even need to
type it in. With trafficTrends, your sat nav takes information from
other drivers to better estimate your time of arrival based on time of

Garmin's exclusive PhotoReal™ Junction View² shows actual junctions that
have been digitised to display incredible detail, even down to trees
and pylons. Lane Assist shows the correct lane choice for upcoming

lane changes, even on unfamiliar routes. With its dual orientation you
can choose whether you view the road ahead in landscape or portrait.

Go Beyond Navigation
The
ecoRoute™ fuel-saver feature helps you save money and fuel and reduce
your carbon footprint with the option to follow the 'less fuel' route to
your destination. ecoRoute also helps you to develop more efficient
driving habits, calculates trip costs and enables accurate expense
reporting. nüLink! 2390 is also ecoRoute HD compatible – Garmin's
diagnostic computer accessory.
The integrated unique Speedwatch
safety camera warning system gives real-time, direction-relevant and
accurate alerts with overspeed warnings as you approach one of hundreds
of fixed, mobile, variable limit and temporary safety cameras. nüLink!
2390 also contains speed limits for all major routes. You can give
feedback on speed limits and speed camera locations, enabling quick,
efficient updates.
The new nüLink! 2390 comes with a smart mount
with quick release, park position recall and instant switch on. You can
preview different route options before you set off and you can even
customise your Garmin nüLink! 2390 by adding favourite shortcuts to the
map page for quick and easy menu navigation. There is also the option to
add cityXplorer™ mapping to include directions on foot as well as
public transport (dependent on the city).
